The oily sludge disposed of in pools and tanks has been the subject of environmental discussion due to the risk they represent to the water sources, flora, and fauna of the region, in addition to the great costs and recovery times.

This is why we present a solution thinking specifically of the oil industry, a service line that seeks to mitigate the environmental impact in the disposal of waste from the oil exploitation and storage process.
It is a clean system for the treatment and recovery of oily sludge. This technology is based on a separation of the components of the residue: liquid (Water), Oily (Crude), and Output (Sludge).
With the TRITON technology for the treatment of oily sludge, a new path is proposed in the management of waste from the extraction and production of hydrocarbons, leaving aside conventional treatments such as landfarming, bioremediation, and lagoon train, among others.
WHAT WE DELIVER
OIL
The oil phase is delivered to the contracting party in perfect condition to be reincorporated into its production inventories with impurities at 1.0% or less (B S W, water content and crude oil sediments).
MUD
This solid phase is delivered with a content of 1.0% or less of hydrocarbon impregnation. thus guaranteeing compliance with the Louisiana Protocol 2 9 B regulations, referring to the In Situ treatment of oily sludge. Here the great advantages of the technology are reflected and the implementation of bioremediation is not necessary, landfarming or any other conventional method.
WATER
The water obtained from this process will be free of oil, complying with the parameters established in Decree 1594 of 1984, which governs the disposal of industrial water currents.

EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS
Pacific has a series of equipment that fit on mobile units, which are moved to the waste generation site, where they are processed by the treatment system equipment, without impacting the environment and without resorting to transportation costs, resulting in the physical separation of OIL, WATER, and only WASTE. TRITON technology has a capacity operating capacity of 1,000 BIBO (Barrels of Borras per Day). All the equipment is portable, which facilitates the displacement to the source that produces the waste

Treatment of oily sludge from production and other sterile ground material impregnated with crude oil from its operations, accumulated in five (5) storage pools at the Jaguar station, located in Puerto Gaitan (Meta), CEPSA COLOMBIA S.A (CECOLSA).
